This job would suit someone who has e-commerce experience – B2B or B2C but fast paced high volume pick pack processes. Ideally broad Operations manager / Operations Director experience across warehouse, inventory, order fulfilment, purchasing, supply chain, e-commerce. Focus is warehouse, operations, e-commerce.

You may have been an Operations Manager in e commerce, Head of Operations, Operations Manager, General Manager or maybe a e-commerce manager who wants to step up into a Operations Director jobs role / General Manager jobs role / Operations Director jobs role. You will be Leicestershire based (commutable to Leicester / Hinckley region) and ideally have that experience of e-commerce or wider wholesale, food distribution (or worked for an SME focused on distribution / e-commerce / high volume number of SKUs / products & customers)

This Operations Director job / Operations Manager jobs role would particularly suit an Operations Manager or General Manager from food wholesale (or similar or e-commerce) who wants to move away from doing weekends (this business operates Monday to Friday)

Your Background / What we need for this Operations Manager jobs role

• Within 25 miles approx. of Leicester (Wigston, Hinckley, Leicester, Coventry, Rugby, Nuneaton, Market Harborough, Whetstone)

• A rounded Operations manager / Head of Operations who is passionate about working in and improving SMEs ; this may be your first Director level position

• Alternatively you could be someone looking to step up into an Operations Director / GM role (maybe an ambitious Purchasing Manager, Logistics Manager, Warehouse Manager, or Operations Manager who wants to run a business and has e-commerce experience
