What does your role involve?​

I chose to study Business at Cardiff University based primarily on the fact that there was a rugby pitch next to my accommodation! After University I worked for a pharmaceutical business (part of United Drug) who kindly sponsored me through University before moving to Euro Projects in 2006. After 12 years within the business I now specialise in appointing Directors into expanding SMEs.

Finding candidates is tough, securing their services is even tougher. We work with employers to make sure that candidates are engaged in the process and treated like a customer, so if an offer is made you have the best possible chance of landing that key employee.

What do you like about working at Euro Projects?

It’s nice to be able to make changes, in line with what’s important to our customers, without bureaucracy. We have a flexible culture with a constant awareness of what’s important to our customers.

Rugby, football, skiing holidays, spending time with my young family.
