Your background as a R&D Technician:

Experience of working as a Technician within a regulated industry sector or controlled precision production / manufacturing / engineering / scientific environment where quality is paramount is preferred.
You will be able to demonstrate good practical skills, with experience of using precision manufacturing equipment.
You will have basic IT skills, with an ability to work in accordance with documented work instructions.
Above all, we are looking for an enthusiastic R&D Technician that wants to join a company where you can learn a huge amount in a short time and grow with the company as they do.

R&D Technician responsibilities:

Manufacturing of medical devices and instruments including working in a cleanroom environment.
Assist with product development by assembling prototype devices.
Perform product testing to provide information on product performance.
Operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment.
Keep accurate, clear, and complete manufacturing records.

This R&D Technician job is commutable from Southampton, Portsmouth, Eastleigh, Fareham, Cosham, Swanwick, Wickham, Hedge End, Portchester, and surrounding areas.
