£38,000 salary plus group pension scheme, quarterly bonus, 22 days holiday +8 bank holidays. The company is part of a bigger group, and has good benefits for example sick pay.

•       Hands on supervisor in manufacturing, team leader and manager of the powder coating team, ensuring safety, right first time, productivity and the positive company culture are all at the fore-front.

•       Encourage best practice and develop the skills and technical knowledge of the paint line powder coating team.

•       Work with other team leaders and supervisors in the manufacturing areas to ensure the company wide production goals are achieved.

This Powder Coating Supervisor role is ideal for a person with:

•       Experience of powder coating or paint spray processes.

•       Experience as a supervisor or team leader in manufacturing.

•       Team player mindset to work with colleagues across the manufacturing facility.
