HR Manager job opportunity as Human Resources Manager at a 200 headcount business.The HR Manager will work closely with the MD and management team to run Human Resources systems, develop HR processes, and also develop the Learning and Development strategy.

Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 salary + 6% Pension + upto 10% bonus

As HR Manager you will be advising the Senior Management Team and developing the HR systems to enable team leaders to deliver day to day HR with their staff.

·WFH flexibility, and a 2 days at the Northern England site (once every 4 to 6 weeks).

The HR Manager job will involve:

·HR trend analysis to drive data insights into absence management / staff retention / skills requirements and Human Resources gap analysis.

·Coordinate HR policies and Human Resources practices for the two sites, working closely with managers in both sites either face to face or on Teams video calls.

·Provide advice to colleagues, including liaising with external specialist HR advisors.

·Work with Directors and Managers on employee development including PDRs, skills matrices and succession planning.

·Liaise with local schools and training providers (apprenticeships).

This HR Manager job will suit:

·A HR Manager with experience of developing strategies and turning strategies into deliverable policies.

·A self motivated Human Resources Manager that can work on site in the West Midlands, and also work from home / home working some days, plus, also be able to travel to northern England for two days work every four to six weeks.

·A CIPD qualified HR professional with broad HR generalist experience, and happy to call upon external HR specialist advisors when required.

·A HR Manager that enjoys supporting the management team with HR trend analysis, and enabling the business to deliver day to day HR activities at team leader level.
