HR Assistant. Banbury, Oxfordshire, OX16. £30,000 - £32,000

  • HR Assistant, HR Associate, HR Administrator, HR Support or similar looking to work within a broad HR position within one of the best employers in Banbury. (Roughly 300 headcount).

  • 37.5 hours a week (12:30 finish on a Friday) - £30,000 - £32,000 starting salary + Profit share bonus scheme + Wider benefits

This HR Assistant jobs role will suit:

  • Involved with setting up and processing recruitment campaigns, induction programmes and training / development activity.

  • Working with professional IT / CRM systems, you will ideally need strong IT and administration skills.

  • Working within a small HR function for a 300 headcount manufacturing business, able to work with multiple stakeholders, communicating effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Extremely varied role, you will gain a wide exposure to the HR function which will enable you to advance your career further.
