What does your role involve?

Recognising a gap in the recruitment market for a friendly and professional service, which would treat candidates like customers, I founded Euro Projects Recruitment in 1996. What makes us unique is the way we take time to understand the culture of our clients, so we can match people who will fit in with the right personality as well as the necessary expertise.

I am passionate about helping organisations and people realise their full potential by matching the best people to the best jobs and companies. Nothing gives me greater satisfaction than knowing we got the right person onto the right bus and sat in the right seat.

What do you like about working at Euro Projects?

Seeing how we have helped businesses to grow by finding them the right people, who are often game changers, as well as seeing the careers of the people we place flourish is what gets me out of bed bright and early every morning.

Running any business requires tenacity and resilience so my favourite quote has to be:
“Success is only achieved by getting up one more than you are knocked down”.
I think it comes from the world of Sumo wrestling.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

When I’m not in the office, I enjoy being outside in the countryside, my fly fishing rod is my therapist.
