What does your role involve?

As a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant my role involves assisting in the recruitment and selection process, with a primary focus on finding and attracting top talent for our clients across the engineering and manufacturing industry. As a trainee, I am constantly learning from senior consultants to develop my skills in candidate assessment, client relationship management, and key recruitment strategies in order to deliver an exceptional service to both our clients and candidates.

Outside of work I like to keep fit by regularly playing football and going to the gym. I also enjoy socialising with friends and family, watching movies & eating out at restaurants.
