What does your role involve?

I joined Euro Projects in 2004 after finishing university. After 14 years with the business I now work with engineering and manufacturing organisations to appoint Directors, Managers and Senior Engineers across their technical functions. We work closely with clients to ensure they give themselves the best opportunity to recruit the highest calibre of talent available to them. There is still no greater satisfaction than solving a client’s recruitment problem and supporting a candidate to secure a new role with one of our fantastic customers.

What do you like about working at Euro Projects?

A large majority of the team have worked together for over 10 years so we are not just colleagues but friends too which creates a great camaraderie in the team. We live and breathe delivering a first class customer service experience (clients and candidates) and I can confidently say we are last mile champions!

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

Sport is my passion – I run for a local running club and regularly compete in road and cross country races. I also support the coaching at the athletics club my two boys train with. I also have to mention I am a lifelong Leicester City FC supporter (we were Premier League Champions you know!).
